As a practitioner with over a decade of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy and with Master’s level clinical training in counseling and human sexuality, I bring a unique perspective to the therapeutic process. The cornerstone of this perspective is the focus on how a robust sense of self and our interconnectedness with others is the foundation for well-being. I foster the spirit of the individualized change journey by tailoring interventions to meet the needs of each person, utilizing an array of effective clinical methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Relational Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
